Katelyn Matias is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO #10340) and the founder of Anchor & Bloom Psychotherapy in Mississauga, Ontario. She works with adults and couples across Ontario, online and in person, with a focus on anxiety, trauma, ADHD, nervous system regualtion, couples and relationship work, and fertility and postpartum support.
