At The Ohana I oversee all operational aspects of the facility to ensure seamless functioning and efficient delivery of addiction treatment as well as behavioral health services . My leadership extends to managing personnel and supervising staff members across various departments. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment for clients, coordinating with other team members to enhance treatment outcomes, and maintaining effective communication channels both internally and externally.
