I am an enthusiastic and experienced Nutritionist, Educator and Health Promotion lead. As a current University Lecturer of Nutrition, I pride myself in the facilitation of learning to the future nutrition workforce. I have been involved in the day to day supervision, co-ordination and delivery of health promotion activities in a successful Weight Management Team in the field of health promotion.I am confident leading on various healthy lifestyles initiatives including group sessions for adults, families and children in a variety of community and education settings.
