Lisa Martinez is a Real Estate Solutions Specialist at TX Cash Home Buyers in Houston, Texas. She has worked in Texas real estate since 2019, working directly with sellers in difficult situations, such as inherited and probate properties, homes facing foreclosure, vacant homes, and homes needing major repairs, as well as other situations where a traditional sale is not a good fit, across Texas, including Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. She can speak to what sellers are actually deciding, and what Texas housing supply and demand mean for offers.
