As the President and Founder of Franca Consulting, I develop strategy-aligned and equitable talent processes and leadership practices that sustain a culture of success and equity. My work lies at the intersection of talent, strategy, equity, and social impact. Leveraging my experience, I help translate ideas into action with high-impact solutions. I also provide leadership coaching for emerging, mid-level and senior-level leaders. I believe that the strategy lies in the details, and that to lead effective change, we need to understand and respect the diversity of our stakeholders.
