Lindsay Popilskis

I am a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist who is fully committed to helping those I serve meet their fullest potentials. My priority is to empower others to evolve into their best selves in relationships, school, career and any other areas. Working with me is an integrative process where I incorporate my knowledge and skills from CBT, behavioral therapy, DBT and overall mindfulness. My method is not a one-size-fits all. I will build a beautiful rapport where individuals and families feel safe in our shared therapeutic space.
