Leela Yanamaddi

I am the co-founder of scale.jobs, a human-powered job application service that combines trained virtual assistants with AI-assisted workflows to help professionals navigate today's hiring process. My background spans product roles across retail banking, fintech, e-commerce, and media technology, with experience in product thinking, data systems, personalization, AI infrastructure, LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, and agent workflows. My own experience navigating the U.S. job search after graduating from Carnegie Mellon University inspired the creation of scale.jobs, where we are building AI-assisted, human-in-the-loop infrastructure to reduce the operational burden of modern job searching.
