I built Obie after 10 years in healthcare operations at One Medical and my current role leading business operations at a Series A women's health company, where I've repeatedly seen patients get blindsided by incorrect bills they had no way to catch. I write and speak about medical billing errors, EOB literacy, denied claims, and how patients can push back effectively.
