Laurel Aasen is a Registered Clinical Counsellor devoted to promoting community literacy on Trauma-Informed practice and emotional regulation. Her passion is translating clinical literature and interventions from neuropsychology to empower clientele in modulating their nervous system and co-regulate with others. Her clinical specialties include anxiety, chronic pain/illness, adolescent issues. She has facilitated presentations for major organizations and school districts across British Columbia, to month-long intensive workshops for youth from all over the world.
