Laura Mansfield

Laura Mansfield is a screen industry leader with over two decades of experience spanning production, format creation, trade bodies and strategic skills policy. She co-founded Outline Productions, creating and selling TV formats before leading the company through to sale, and chaired Pact through BBC Charter Renewal, bringing 400+ production companies to a shared industry position on policy issues affecting the sector. As Chief Executive of ScreenSkills, she led the UK’s strategic skills body for the screen industries, shaping workforce and skills policy in partnership with broadcasters, studios and streamers. A regular public speaker on the future of the screen industries, she is a non-executive board director of Elstree Film Studios.
