Kyle Harder is the CEO and Founder of HTH Imports which owns See the Elephant Amaro, a modern Italian liqueur inspired by curiosity and adventure and Vacanza Limoncello, a true Italian limoncello hand made from lemons. With over 15 years in the spirits industry, including key roles at leading companies such as Diageo and Proximo Spirits, it was during his travels to Italy where a love for Italian drinking culture sparked his fascination with amaro. Kyle launched See the Elephant in Charleston in 2022. Produced in Agropoli, Italy, with fresh arugula, the amaro takes its name from the old phrase “to see the elephant” which means to seek out life’s grandest experiences and witness them for oneself.
