Throughout my career I have mentored others and provided technical direction and leadership to teams large and small both internally and across suppliers and customers. I am not afraid to ask questions, to understand complexity and translate this into language that both technical and non-technical team members all levels, including engineers, project managers and directors, are all able to understand.
