I run engineering for the Account, Order & Payments domain at Progressive Leasing, a NYSE-listed fintech — teams building the systems that decide what customers can lease and process the transactions once they do. Most of my recent work centers on an AI-driven decisioning engine that determines product eligibility in real time, alongside a multi-year migration of our mission-critical platforms to AWS and the disaster-recovery/resilience architecture behind it, built to hold up under Tier-1 transaction volume. Before Progressive Leasing, I spent time at Gap Inc. modernizing customer profile and loyalty systems, and earlier at Infosys leading large-scale platform modernization for major US retailers.
