Koen Evers

Koen Evers is co-founder and Digital Director at Evers + de Gier, a branding and digital agency based in Rotterdam. Before returning to the agency, he spent several years as a Principal Product Designer at a climate tech scale-up, working at the intersection of product strategy, UX, and AI-embedded workflows. That combination — agency speed and creative range, plus the product depth of building from the inside — shapes how he thinks about design and technology. His core conviction: AI makes execution cheaper and faster, which makes strategic thinking and genuine craft more valuable, not less.
