I love web development because there are so many opportunities to learn, to grow and to bring people together. I've worked with solo-preneuers, SMBs, and non-profits as a freelance/pro-bono developer, and I've worked with teams as a part of a large organization. I look for opportunities to help a client deliver a strong, clear message or improve someone's workflow. I believe in open-source, mentoring, and I believe in bringing one's whole self to work. Intersectional awareness and DEI mindsets are critical to building software that works for as many people as possible.
