Compassion, curiosity, and connection are the foundations of my clinical practice. I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavior and Mindfulness-Based therapies, expressive play therapy, and more. I am also a certified 200 hour yoga teacher and I often incorporate yogic breathwork and movement into my therapy practice.
