I’m Kevin, founder of Hour9, where I work with small businesses to identify the processes holding them back and figure out where AI and automation can make the biggest difference. AI sits at the core of what I do, but I don’t believe it belongs everywhere. Part of my job is knowing when AI is the right tool, and when traditional automation is a better fit. I keep seeing AI initiatives struggle to deliver the results businesses expected. The issue usually isn't the technology itself, but where and how the technology is being applied.
