I have always been fascinated by performance—what drives people, what makes organizations successful, and how well-designed systems create consistent, scalable results.That interest began in athletics as a former college football player and continued academically through a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Master's degree in Sport Psychology from Georgia Southern University.
