I’ve worn a lot of hats: educator, nonprofit leader, program manager, data analyst. Each role has sharpened my ability to connect the dots between big-picture vision and on-the-ground execution. I understand how policies and funding structures shape education and nonprofit spaces, and I use that knowledge to advocate for smarter, more inclusive decision-making.
