Kelly Greenwood is the Founder, former CEO, and a Board member of Mind Share Partners, a national nonprofit that is changing the culture of workplace mental health so that both employees and organizations can thrive. Its ultimate goal is twofold: to normalize mental health challenges at work and to create mentally healthy workplace cultures. Mind Share focuses on advocacy through its movement building program and also provides custom workplace training, strategic advising, and implementation services to leading organizations like BlackRock, Morrison Foerster, Pinterest, and Sandy Hook Promise.
