Built a gourmet sandwich shop from scratch and opened during a global pandemic, but Colonel Mustard's Sandwich Emporium is thriving 6 years on. I'm also the President of the local Restaurant Association, helping other restaurants, dealing with legislation, helping service workers, marketing the restaurant industry in the Pikes Peak Region and promoting the welfare of the industry. I also have a background in publications as a journalist and editor, private graduate and postgraduate education, sales, marketing and am a typewriter and whale enthusiast.
