I am president of Events of Distinction, a "16-time winner" of GALA and Esprit awards. A business owner since 1995, we are a luxury boutique wedding planning and special event management company. I am nationally recognized as an authority on weddings, special events and etiquette. I served on the Advisory Board Member to Catering Magazine and Special Events Magazine as well as contributing editor to The Knot. In 1997, I developed a Wedding Planning curriculum and became Director of a 40-hour academic Wedding Planner Certificate Program, offered at California State University East Bay.
