I lead and create content for First Dollar, a fintech company that builds infrastructure for health spending benefits. Innovative organizations, like TPAs and banks, use First Dollar's software and APIs to launch new offerings and manage FSAs, HRAs, HSAs, LSAs, rewards programs, etc. If it's an acronym that people use to pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, then we likely power them for our partners. There's a great need for better infrastructure to power these offerings, and an even greater need to create educational resources that help partners, administrators, and members understand these programs.
