Joseph Lauren is the founder of TwoTop, a U.S. service that gives independent restaurants a complete, owned digital presence: a custom website, local SEO, AI-search visibility, and a loyalty program that captures and keeps customers. He has spent three decades in the business. His career began in 1995 and runs from fast food as a teenager to fine dining and country-club kitchens, a decade running corporate scratch-casual operations, and six years owning his own restaurant.
