I have 5 years of supervised experience providing clinical counseling and psychotherapy to a wide range of clients. Person-centered therapy is at the core of who I am as a practitioner, but I have experience employing theories and interventions from many different therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy.
