I'm a seasoned (but still very enthusiastic!) t-shaped digital and marketing leader with 26 years experience. I'm well versed in leading operationally and strategically, but very much like to get my hands dirty too! I've worked in five great leadership teams and been lucky enough to build marketing and product functions from scratch four times.I've worked across marketing channels with a focus on brand building, ROAS acquisition and conversion optimisation. Sectors where I have particular experience include property, finance, auctions, retail and marketplaces.
