Jennifer Hampson

I knew that I wanted to be a coach long before I actually started practicing. I am a cheerleader through and through, and my goal in work and in life is to help others reach their potential. It was no surprise that I became a Career Coach and Program Manager to support clients across post-secondary programs, but coaching doesn't stop when you leave school; I am super passionate about the employee experience and building intentional and thoughtful talent development practices to support professionals as they grow in their career.
