Jeffrey Rogers

Jeff Rogers is a retired USAF Veteran, author, and coach who helps Veterans and transitioning service members move from confusion to clarity after the uniform comes off. He served over two decades in the Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Systems Specialist, Master Instructor, and Training Director. He was recognized as NCO of the Year for the 6th Air Mobility Wing and nominated for the Lance P. Sijan Leadership Award. After separating, he founded GillyBell Legacy Works and built the Strengthen the Positive brand around one core idea: resilience is a practice, not a personality trait.
