I am an expert in the field of GIS software with deep experience in both commercial and open source technology. I've supported many organizations over the years, primarily in the U.S. Defense sector, designing and engineering custom solutions which leverage geospatial technology to solve complex technical problems. I founded NGS in 2009, a software development and consulting firm that specializes in delivering solutions and geospatial expertise for our customers.
