Jason Kroll

Jason is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of BANKW Staffing, LLC and its portfolio companies KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting, Alexander Technology Group, The Nagler Group, KNF&T and Sales Search Partners. He leads the organization's sales strategy, staff development, M&A, and operations. He offers over a decade of staffing experience and previously held senior management and operations roles with international staffing, internal audit, and hospitality organizations. Jason also spends a great deal of time in the local community.
