James founded Capture Expense and scaled it into one of the UK and Ireland's leading expense management platforms before becoming PSSG's Chief Technology Officer. He now leads product and technology strategy across the group, overseeing engineering delivery, platform scalability and the application of AI and automation across the groups product suite. His insight goes well beyond what the technology can theoretically do, and into what it takes to deliver it well.
