Human Resources is about more than managing employee files and handing out W2s. HR is about building lasting relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. It is about providing leadership teams with guidance and resources to bring their team to the next level and enhance their experience at work. My passion is in building the connections that will allow me to gain the confidence of employees so that recommendations are taken to heart. I'd like those who I work with to understand my end goal is to provide my expertise and guidance which will increase value for their team. I’ve worked hard to obtain a double Masters in Organizational Leadership and MBA, both with a focus on Human Resources.
