Jaime Mann

Jaime Mann is a leadership strategist who studies and teaches the psychology of self-leadership—how leaders manage themselves so they can lead others more effectively. As a professional keynote speaker and founder of The Amaryllis Project, she helps leaders and teams across industries make work suck less. With over two decades of leadership experience in high-pressure industries, including construction, Jaime blends real-world leadership insight with research in psychology and human behavior. She holds an honours degree in psychology and is completing a master’s degree in the Psychology of Leadership at Penn State University.
