Jade Klehm

Jade Klehm is a Texas LPC-Associate, functional nutritionist, and founder of Guided Prana PLLC. Her work integrates evidence-informed psychotherapy with functional and metabolic approaches to mental health, including nutrition, mind-body practices, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. She supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, and complex health concerns. Jade holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has advanced training in psychedelic preparation and integration, metabolic psychiatry, motivational interviewing, yoga, and holistic health. She practices under the supervision of LeAnna Coulter, LPC-S.
