I'm the owner of Solid Foundations Therapy! SFT is a practice that prides itself on creating a collaborative and safe environment for it's staff while providing exceptional care for all clients. As a Marriage and Family Therapist I have a goal-oriented, humor based, direct style of therapy. I believe that every person has the potential to be successful in all areas but at times may not have the skills to accomplish their goals.
