The idea grew from first-hand experience of how painful customer and certification audits can be when managed through spreadsheets, emails, calendar reminders and scattered documents. My professional background sits at the intersection of regulation, technology, marketing, and operations. I studied law and worked in the UK House of Commons for the three-year duration of my degree. This is where I developed a strong interest in regulation and seeing how policies shape the way organisations operate.
