Why I Started Discover Peace Within Discover Peace Within was born from an overlooked need I felt deeply within myself and my clinician community—the need to thrive as a therapist without sacrificing showing up for myself and my family. After years of seeing up to 30 clients a week, the birth of my daughter resulted in a dramatic awakening. Despite what society told me, I couldn’t do it all, nor did I want to anymore.
