I’m Head of Analytics & AI/ML, where I work at the intersection of AI, data analytics, and commercial real estate. I lead our analytics and machine learning work and help build Rey, Realmo’s AI assistant for property search and analysis. A lot of my work is about turning messy real-world data into something people can actually use, whether that means evaluating a property, understanding a location, estimating rents, analyzing cap rates and NOI, or figuring out where AI can make a real decision-making process faster and more useful. Before Realmo, I worked on data and anti-fraud projects at Yandex and on predictive analytics for large-scale urban development projects.
