Ian McInnis

Currently CEO of Multiplier, a Y Combinator and Lux Capital-backed startup buiding custom AI agent harnesses for hedge funds. Before Multiplier, Ian was an investor and builder of LLM investment systems at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund. He spearheaded the questions “How will AI affect the economy?” and “How can we use LLMs to invest?” At Princeton, he studied pure and applied mathematics alongside humanistic studies and European cultural studies, graduating with a 4.0. He received the Shapiro Prize, was named a Behrman Fellow, earned early election to Phi Beta Kappa (ΦΒΚ), was inducted into Sigma Xi (ΣΞ), and received an outstanding research award.
