Holly Richards

I'm Holly Richards, a mum of three and founder of Lunchbox Lab - a nutrition and compliance monitoring platform designed for schools, nursery groups and local authorities. Watching what my own children ate at school is what set me on this path, and it's what keeps me focused on the gap between what the rules say children should be eating and what's actually on the plate. I'm currently completing an MSc in Applied Nutrition at City St George's, University of London, and I sit on the Special Advisors Working Group with The School Food People.
