Henning Kruthaup is the founder and CEO of RegainLove.com, a relationship guidance platform dedicated to helping people navigate breakups, no contact, reconciliation, and emotional recovery through honest, structured, and psychology-informed support. He founded RegainLove after going through a painful breakup himself and becoming frustrated by the manipulative tactics, false hope, and “game-playing” often promoted in the breakup coaching industry. Wanting to understand what actually helps people after separation, he immersed himself in therapy, attachment theory, relationship psychology, neurobiology of breakups, and evidence-based approaches to communication and relationship repair.
