Greg Gerla is the Co-Founder and CEO of Stride Soles, a direct-to-consumer brand revolutionizing custom orthotics. Drawing on his Kellogg MBA and experience as both an athlete and field ecologist, Greg recognized the need for a more modern, accessible approach to foot health. He leads Stride’s mission to replace outdated foam-box methods with podiatrist-backed, digitally precise insoles powered by 3D foot scanning, gait analysis, and additive manufacturing. Under his leadership, Stride partners with German engineers and top podiatrists to deliver orthotics that improve comfort, performance, and long-term health for everyday people and athletes alike.
