I’m a clinical social worker, group practice owner, and mental health advocate with over a decade of experience providing psychotherapy and supporting clinician development. I currently serve as the Executive Director of Reflect, a Seattle-based therapy practice I founded to offer inclusive, high-quality mental health care for individuals and couples. In this role, I guide the practice’s vision, provide clinical care, and mentor a team of talented, values-driven therapists.
