Gigi Gill

Gigi Gill is the Founder & CEO of ZoRaw Chocolates, a Canadian chocolate manufacturer based in Mississauga, Ontario. A biochemist by training, she founded ZoRaw after her own type 2 diabetes diagnosis inspired her to create premium chocolate with no added sugar that never compromises on taste. When no co-manufacturer could produce the product she envisioned, Gigi built ZoRaw's own manufacturing facility from the ground up. Today, ZoRaw Chocolates is available in more than 4,000 retail locations across Canada. Gigi regularly speaks on entrepreneurship, food innovation, women in manufacturing and STEM, diabetes-friendly nutrition, scaling consumer packaged goods businesses, and building manufacturing operations in Canada.
