Garth Watrous

I’m Garth Watrous, and I run American Hat Makers, the hat company my father started in 1972. I’m also the founder of Bridger Hat Co., a premium faith-based cap line built from the same craftsmanship and industry experience I’ve gained over the years. My father started American Hat Makers out of the back of a station wagon. I grew up around the trade and took over the company in 2017. That same year, I was elected president of The Headwear Association, where I served a full term working to strengthen and support the headwear industry worldwide.
