I founded Capital-Hill Securities to solve a problem I kept running into: good strategies and good deals that could not reach the investors who wanted them, because the wrapper did not exist or took too long and cost too much to build. We are a Luxembourg securitisation and issuance platform. We turn investment strategies and private assets into bankable securities with a European ISIN: actively managed certificates and ETNs, pre-IPO notes, club deal compartments, private equity and VC feeders, and repackaging of existing instruments. Before founding the group I spent four years at Union Bancaire Privée across Luxembourg, Lugano and Milan, which is where I learned what private banks and their clients actually need from a structured product, and what makes one impossible to distribute....
