As a podcast host I focus on interviewing professionals and experts in a variety of topics pertaining to executive functioning. As an Executive Function Coach and Certified Hypnotherapist I help my clients create successful habits. Many of my clients have also been diagnosed with autism, anxiety, depression, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, minor traumatic brain injury, or stress related memory issues. I use hypnotherapy as a tool to help my clients improve their memory, focus and concentration, or reduce anxiety. In January 2022 I launched Executive Function Magazine.
