My business background includes 12 years of organizational leadership and management, career development, professional coaching, and mentoring. I have worked in all facets of the retail industry at Target, Kohl’s, and Sephora. Professional expertise includes assisting in-class lectures as a guest speaker for alumni panels, mock interviewing, critiquing resumes, as well as hosting networking and hiring events.
