I’ve been counseling others with a variety of mental health and substance use issues since I graduated in 2006. I’m at my best when guiding others towards new ideas about how to best address their problems, whether I’m coaching someone on learning a new life skill like budgeting, processing current/past trauma, finding newer and healthier coping skills, or teaching a large group about substance abuse. My passion is giving people the opportunity to learn and grow.
