I have been in consulting for over ten years, where my experience has been focused on business process improvement as well as the implementation of retail software, business intelligience and omni-channel solutions. I have led various project teams, utilizing my strong retail background to conduct business requirements gathering, business process design, and detailed functional design. I have also rounded out my full project life-cycle experience by developing system and user acceptance test strategies and test cases, as well as conducting end user training for clients.Given my experience and effective leadership and organizational skills, I will contribute effectively to any organization.
